My renovation job was extensive. Three bathrooms were gutted and completely redone – new vanities, counters, tub, showers, all tile work, toilets replaced and relocated, new shower heads, faucets, towel bars, lighting fixtures, etc. The kitchen was completely redone with new cabinets, fixtures, crown molding, hardwood flooring, quartz countertop, a wall relocation, and a new laundry closet was constructed. The fireplace mantle was built by hand and new tile installed, hardwood floors sanded and re-stained, crown molding and baseboards installed, every wall/ceiling painted, bedroom and stairs re-carpeted. All new fans and light fixtures were installed, including recessed lights, dimmer switches, new thermostat and doorbell, and electrical/TV cable revamping. Three new bathroom exhaust fan outlets were built. Three new sliding glass doors and all new interior doors and hardware were also installed.

The first thing that comes to mind about Todd Giordano is integrity. He is 100% trustworthy. You can count on his word. We had a few minor glitches but he made each one right without a hassle.

The workmanship on my job was first rate. His subcontractors have been associated with Todd for many years and are expert at their crafts!

We did run into some project interruptions which delayed the completion date. Many of the circumstances were out of Todd’s control. I am sure this happens with any contractor so my advice is to set your expectations up front and build some additional margin into your project timeline to allow for inevitable contingencies.

I highly recommend Todd’s work and his entire crew.
